Step-by-step driving instructions from M6 J10

1. Leave the M6 at Junction 10 and head towards Wolverhampton (A456 Signposted Wolverhamton/Black Country Route)
2. After approx 100yards leave the A456 (Sign posted Bentley Mill) via the slip road
3. At the End of Slip Road/T-Junction turn right into Bentley Mill Way
4. At the End of Road/Traffic Lights Turn Left Into Wolverhampton Road West
5. Follow Wolverhampton Road West Until you come to a set of traffic lights with a McDonalds to your right
6. At the Traffic Lights with McDonalds on your right turn Right
7. At the next set of Traffic Lights (With a white van sales pitch on your left) Turn Left into B4464 (Walsall Road)
8. Take your 3rd Right (Opposite a Petrol Station) into Albion Street
9. Follow Albion Street going strait over the traffic lights (After the traffic lights Albion Street Turns into St Anne’s Road)
10. Once past the traffic lights (approx 600yards) Ann Street is the first road on the right (Not St Anne’s Industrial Estate)
11. Turn right into Ann Street (If you come to an island you have gone too far!)
12. We Are 200yards up on the left hand side of Ann Street.
